Party size sudden drop?

I suddenly went from 110 troop size to 99 maximum party size. I went back to a previous save where I still have 110 and I cannot figure out what has changed.Now I am one short to meet the stupid main quest requirement. Anybody can tell me what could reduce the party size so drastically?

Solved:
It was the Quartermaster perk, I switched quartermaster from my spouse to myself in order to level that skill, but hers was much higher.
Switched it back to my wife being Quartermaster and it went back to 110 maximum troop capacity.
