Resolved Party out of Map

[BANGLER]

Summary: A party of a noble is out of the Map and can't move anymore (couldn't tp with cheats near enough to talk with him). After looking at through my Game History I found out that it first appeared in the version 1.0.7 (at the first appearence it isnt enough to get shown the whole map you have to go close and walk a bit then the party appears) and that the party i can find at that stage isn't the same (diffrent leader not just diffrent faction) as in the latest save (for myself the first appearence savefile is called war)

How to Reproduce: I dont know, I just can give you the save file

The exact same thing just happened to me! Same spot near Rhesos Castle. So frustrating because the quest I have is to Eliminate the Southern Empire, they have no more holdings, just the Lords left and I can't access them even with the console command to teleport as you've described.

i think i have 4 lords there and thats probably preventing me from finishing a quest

here is mine, there are at least 5 parties there also, look at kingdoms and quests there is some wierd bug with power of one kingdom and it shows that another kingdom exists although the leader gave up and joinned other kingdom

Im having the exact same issue in the exact same spot. Can't finish the quest. It happened when the conspiracy quest finally triggered, the lords of the western empire had joined sturgia, but when the quest triggered they became western empire again, and must have all spawned in the spot, never to move again =((.
