In Progress Party leaders not gaining roguery

When party leaders get to town they now sell their prisoners and we get the money for them so that is fixed, however they gain no roguery skill when doing it. I tested this multiple times and didnt get 1 point for any of my clan party leaders.

Add to the list, they gain no roguery if using bandit troops in battle if they are simulated. The must be played out so simulated banntle using bandit troops is also broke
