Resolved Party info in lower right corner can't get info when in an army

In the lower right corner where you see party speed, wages, etc.. cant read detailed info when you are in an army. It seems that tooltip is blocking the lower one from being able to read detailed info You can't even expand the lower tooltip when in an army.
How to Reproduce: Just create an army to see it get blocked.
