Party Formations Not Saved

The game does NOT save custom formations.
Such as giving your companions horses, bows and arrows then changing their formations to Horse Archer. Save then Load and their formations is back to infantry.

Are you playing on the 1.4.3 beta? If not this is fixed on the beta branch. From the patch notes:

• Fixed a bug that caused troop formations to reset after saving and loading the game.
