Need More Info Parties still stuck after update e1.0.4

Summary:
So, before the update that mentioned fixing parties being stuck inside a settlement, i tried fixing it by kicking the companions that were leading those parties from the clan and re-hiring them.
I was able to re-hire the companions i kicked, but that didnt fix the problem, parties are still stuck there but with no leader, and now i can't create new parties.

How to Reproduce: i don't know, i disbanded those parties and they were stuck there...

Quest/Settlement Name : they are all stuck in the same village "Sargot"

I am encountering the same issue so decided to reply to this post rather than create a new bug ticket.

I disbanded 2 parties near a fief I recently captured named Oristocoyrs Castle (because I thought they would give their troops to the garrison), but the parties are now forever stuck in a "Disbanding" state. Now in the menu it says "Disbanding" and has been for a long time in game days. The companions are visible on the game map in Poros, my "capital". I tried several things to try and unfreeze them, but nothing worked. The companions leading the parties are available for hire in taverns again if you look up their location in the Encyclopedia (and I can in fact hire them for ludicrous amounts of money such as 170k), when I hire them they join my party again, but the parties menu keeps saying "Disbanding". This also prevents me from creating new parties.

Same for me, I turned a lord over to my Kingdom. And now he is both green to me, and a duplicate red 1man party of him in the middle of Omor.
That actually bugs out others because they are trying to chase him and getting stuck as well. Ruins the campaign experience completely.
