Summary:I made a test and left my kingdom so they declared war and attacked my only city. I had 160 units in my army anhd 130 or so garrison unit. If i choose to defend myself i get only like 80 units and are all mixed betweend melle and ranged.The real problem is that not all units defend,but if i simulate the battle all the units fight.
How to Reproduce: Playing in sandmode and defending a siege on amprela but it has happened in a castle that i don't remember

What is the battle size setting you currently have?
max size. It only happen if i decide to defend a castle ora a city that i'm in. Making siege works correctly.Now i'm trying a new sandbox game not using the beta versione and i'll see if it works.
 
Do you have a save file taken just before the said battle? We can try to reproduce it ourselves as well.

Could you take a screenshot of the scoreboard when this is happening? We were not able to reproduce this on the latest internal build at the moment.
