Recruit
What I am curious about is next;

I found one of the claimants,Lady Isola of Suno I believe is her name..Conquered 3 of Swadian castles(1 of Rhodok along but irrelevant now) and so on..Tried to recruit 3 Lords and made it,gave them pretty much equal fiefs as well as I did for myself..

Which brings me to my question..

Beside King Harlaus,which is "main" of Swadians ,is there any specific line I should use to get one of their Lords on my side ,because all these 3 were "accidentally" ,by random clicking one of the options brought up in my ranks...

At some conflicts I saved before entering combat & offering him service for Lady Isolo,but it never passed well...

Does that go randomly every time I load,is it affected by my Persuation Skill ? Maybe ,just maybe some leaders are not willing to switch sides?From all those phrases to tell to them,is there maybe one (or more) thats more effective then another?

Because it is really shame to kill so big armies..I mean..simple fact that one lord on my side has about 150 soldiers is good enough for me,because its seriously pointless for me to kill "uneccessary" so many soldiers with my current party of 100 men...excluding the sieges,I don`t mind enemies having 10x more,they still loose,and I might..just might loose a soldier or two(depending on how my mouse obeys me lulz)

Thanks.

When You first tell them about Lady Isolla, they say something which suggests what argument you should use.  For instance, if the lord says "If he has a better claim to the throne then King Harlaus then I would want him to be king" or something along those lines, then you give the case of legelity (spelled immensly wrong) and say how he has a better claim.  If they say "King Harlaus has rewarded me well" use self-interest.  The only problem is eventually some lords might check the consistancy of your arguments, meaning they wonder if you tell each lord something different, but its worth the small negation on rebellion chance to use the corrrect argument

w00t,now when you say that..I was not even paying attention much on what they say,because its always the same arguments and statements like you have listed..I did notice those first words in each line,like ..erm..was it Legality,self-interest among first ones,and some other things leading towards bottom like "i will think of one" or something like that..

Thanks a lot for this tip! I will study it more into details now when you explained it this way :wink:

Oh btw..one more thing...before going into charge on one of the Vaegir wussies I bumped on,I saw and tried option about making peace between our two factions,so he said something which I cannot remember and refused it,something about not having own King or so...

Is that possible once the claimant comes on Throne,to actually negotiate peace with fraction you are in war with?

Great,you helped a lot man,appreciate it.

One more question and right now that would be all that`s needed to know..About the peace negotiation,since I never actually talked it over yet I really wouldnt want to mess it up next time I have the chance because its really not that fun to be in war with 3 sides lol ,you go on one side to conquer everything living and your castle on another side of the Kingdom gets besieged >_> ,so is there persuasion skill required for it,or will there be some text line required to say on one of leaders specific questions they might ask me?
