Owning a castle and then becoming vassal

So I was wondering, I just captured a castle and then became a vassal, it said I didn't own a kingdom or anything

I was just wondering do I still earn money from the castle and the village as I looked on the page where it shows what money your earning or losing and it says profit from the castle and village is 0, but when I go to the castle it still says it's owned by me and has my banner?


Do I not earn money or does it just take a few days (ingame) to start earning

It's a glitch. Sometimes rents don't show in the budget, but you'll be paid same time you pay your men's wages.
