Right now in my game, King Harlaus has pretty much booted every Count in Swadia due to treason...there's only like 4 lords left? Is that normal for a game to be like this?
...particularly with Swadia, this might happen. Lords loose relation with their liege every time they are defeated in battle, lose their fief or are without a fief for some time. Since Swadia's position and number of enemies makes it do poorly, on average, lords will cease to like the Feast-King.
Also, relations will drop with dishonorable lords, so you'll see a set of unscrupulous lords bouncing from kingdom to kingdom.

Somehow there is high chance swadian or vaegir king will act like that. It's rare for them to act normally. Best king usually in sarranid/khergit faction.
I haven't seen much of indictments regularly from a single ruler. But I usually 'open the can' on Swadia as soon as I'm capable, so the Ruler of Animal House is usually too busy yelling at his chef for messing up the dessert to notice me snatching his lords from the field and cramming them in my dungeons. *evil raucous laugher* Usually by the time any indictments occur, I've already began dismantling that faction at a serious level.
Kergits tend to enjoy tasting the asses of other rulers though, they will often find themselves with anyone other than who they started with, often tailing the Rhodoks or the Nords. It's pretty annoying to step into a huge battle with a Rhodok (green) army, only to find yourself facing down ranks of Lancers and Horse Archers.
ive had it worse...i faced off agasint Sarranids with a ****load of mameluks but then BOOM behind those memeluks comes a solid wall of SWADIAN KNIGHTS!! i was like **** No im outa here!! and i ran faster then ive ever ran before.
