Need More Info Overlay disappearing/ text boxes duplicating & blurring after certain loads

Summary:
After entering/leaving a settlement or changing to a new screen (e.g prisoner capture, going to the tavern or a party member complaining) the overlay will disappear and any buttons hovered over will duplicate.

How to Reproduce:
It isn't specifically to do with certain loads, it happens randomly during any screen changes. Usually from campaign screen into a character chat, or from leaving a tavern for example. Sometimes happens multiple times in 15 minutes, other times it will happen once an hour.

The only way to resolve is to restart, the glitches follow to the main menu where the black underlay for the text is also missing there.
