LEGO mod
Parts of bannerlord are replaced with specific pieces. EG Portcullis with the specific LEGO portcullis brick.
Horses with the modern or classic horse lego mould.
The ground could stay realistic like in most lego games. Or it could be created with modular LEGO piece sections but it would be much harder (for optimization and putting it together in a proper way)

Changing armor would be changing the torso +arm printing/colors printing in many cases. But there are some specific armor molded parts as well.

Caveman/Prehistoric Mod (Not an IP but can get the id from different ones)
With different tribes and prehistoric beasts. Maybe with dinosaurs or/as easter eggs to mimic old films. Imagine riding a wolly mammoth or prehistoric deer instead of a horse.

Could be very hard with the directional gear movement.

But imagine different factions like marley.

And Titans acting as bandits. And you got to protect the walls from them.

Conan mod would be awesome. Starting as a slave barbarian, going through arenas to learn fighting and earning freedom; from Cimmerian->Hyrkanian->Turanian->Stygian lands to all the way to the Aquilonian lands to form an army to unite it's lands and finally being The Conqueror of the Aquilonia; or maybe even being a simple warrior wondering/adventuring in Conan's world, would make a wonderful journey/total overhaul mod for the Bannerlord.
