Resolved OVAGOS glitch

How to Reproduce: Capture Ovagos of western empire, Donate to castle and cancel then head to nearest town for infinite ransoms

When I captured Ovagos I went to Usanc castle and was going to donate him to the dungeon but it was only 3 influence so I canceled it. I then went to charas as a vlandian mercenary and attempted to ransom him however the button never went away after giving gold nor did the lord from my prisoner section. I clicked it a bunch of times and went from roughly 7k gold to over 3 million. I've left the town and re-entered and the bug is still there, I then travelled to Sargot and the issue still persisted
