Crikey. I don't envy you this job. You may have your own ideas on how to do this, but I'd say just start with the first page of threads and go on down the page, adding links from the threads there to the list, as needed. I'm guessing a lot of the threads on the first few pages won't be in the list. Eventually you may have to pick a page, or a date when the thread was last used, to be your cut-off: it may be easier, once you get to that point, to assume that most of what's beyond that point will already be in the list or won't be worth dealing with.
