That can easaly be retextured with Heraldic_Armor_b, good reference picture, shall try it myself.

Wow I love that dragon.  It looks cool even without wings.  Do you have it positioned so that a rider won't clip through half of the dragon when sitting down?

as you see its based on a horse, so the rider wont (hopefully )

It does look close to the same height as the saddle.  It looks awesome.

here you can see the height is similar to the horse's so I don't think they'll be any clipping :p

I looks great - I haven't seen stuff like that since Fantasy and RPG mod 
The only issue that I see are the back legs: ranged weapons/arrows can get stuck in thin air. But it's not a big deal
Oh, and don't aim for the head 

Will it be blue with red wings, or something else?

The dragon without wings looked like a prehistoric animal, and that was good,
but the dragon with wings is also nice. The new wings look much better.

Thank you all, I also like the un-winged dragon but we need them since they'll be flying around.
about the sword Tintin just found it somewhere on the net so I don't really know who painted it or how he did, sorry.

& finally just made a new dragon for variation ((The Inheritance Cycle mod)) , his head is totally different from the first also his wings are a bit more horizental than the first's:
