Hi

I just tried to place an order today and when I clicked the Purchase button to submit all the details then it just went back to the screen where you select Mount&Blade as the product you want to buy.

I did not receive a confirmation email and I cannot retrieve one from the site using my email address, is it possible that the order didn't go through correctly or should I wait (as I don't want to pay twice)?

Any help is appreciated

Same thing happened to me when i ordered it. I sent info again and it worked the second time. It should send you to a reciept page , Which i would recommand saving to a folder you can find again. The Serial key will be on the page , just copy it , go to serial key thing and hit paste.

It doesn't charge you if you don't get the serial key , if it does....well it won't . If it does though , PM Armagan about it or something.

same here. I don't know why but I tried again after the failure. It worked at the second time. I was really afraid that I purchased 2 keys.

btw: I didn't receive the bill yet, I just hope that was not a trick.

Well, I've bought the game now, all went well.

I suspect that the page may have expired on me the first time - I'm not sure.

Great game in any event!

Same thing happened to me too, today.
I waited for a while, checking my mail a couple of times, but since i never got to a "confirmation page" i tried again. Same thing the second time, i didn't want to try anymore then so i went to theese forums and found this post.

Reading that other had experienced the same thing, i went back and tried again. Same problem the third time, i tried a fourth time and... phew, it worked. Seems like there's a problem with their server perhaps?

My dad bought the game from his computer - twice. and it worked with no hitches both times on his computer but I don't know that it's a function of the computer - it may be a timeout precaution on the side of the e-store, like if you're not quick enough than the page expires. Maybe it's a function of firewall settings too, I don't know...
