SP - General Order Fief Management Away From Fief

This bugs me to no end. Having to travel all the way back to a fief to order the construction of something. If there’s no governor it makes sense, but the minute I have one why can’t I just send them a letter and access the management menu?

please correct me if you can already do this and I simply haven’t worked it out.
