Need More Info Optimize the Game

Whenever I switch to the desktop game crushes and even giving the bluescreen time to time.

Also, the game is not optimized at all!

8750H 1060GTX and 16GB Ram and my pc is hot as hell, I even lowered some settings and cannot even play at high settings. Really Disappointed!

I'm also running on a GTX 1060 (3Gb) with 16Gb RAM and I often experience serious lag both in MP and in SP, especially in battles (even when there are very few soldiers).

Loading screens are taking long time to load, and to be honest, there a way too much LS imo.
There is also lag on the Campaign map.

I reduced Graphics settings to Medium and it didn't make any difference.

Sometimes, I restart the game and it helps. I'm considering waiting at least a month before going back to the game...

When I look a the "performance" windows info, it shows that the issue is the mostly with CPU when there are lot of troops.

In game performance options, beside number of unit in battles, most of them deal with GPU, so you might degrade visual effects for no actual benefits in FPS.

Don't forget there is memory leak so restarting the game will help with that. It is something they can and will fix! it's not exactly your hardware

Hello, sorry for the late reply. We have fixed a considerable amount of the problems we have encountered so far and improved the game performance with the multiple patches we have released. Please make sure that your game, your drivers, and OS are up to date and the game has necessary permissions over your security software. Please let us know if the problem persists after completing these steps and verifying the integrity of the game files through Steam.
