What do you mean by "1-click installment services"? If you mean mod install, then no. We install mods by request and we do that as fast as possible.
You can customize your server however you like, as long as you don't change the number of slots that you bought.
You can use FTP client like FileZilla to add mods your self (or maps) or you can request from the support staff to do that for you.

Sorry for my previous message, mum cut out the internet and it posted itself.

I brought the 200 package for Napoleonic Wars and all seems fine, I'll shortly be going in the server and upon that time I'll test how the server handles the cannon fire & smoke.
