Archers on right side of siege simply sit there without doing anything and are shot to pieces. Reserve archers that aren't shooting should be placed in cover at least.

3:00 - 3:20
After a period of time, infantry on right-side ladders start to only use one ladder and even climb back down the ladder after climbing half-way up and just sit at bottom.
