They "fixed" it by removing it lol...I'm playing version 1.5.5 and that perk is gone, nice "fixing"

It would've been a perfect skill for making ambushes. But, it seems we won't see neither a perk nor the ambush mechanics.

I guess all the work will be left on modders shoulders like always lol.
I guess mechanics are in there, since You can deploy troops in sieges.
It was the best perk, I mean in reality general deploy troops before the battle.
Oh well.
