In Progress One handed weapon perk skills

Clan one handed perks have reset to base level... When I try to upgrade the perks it happens then when you close the character screen then open it again all perks are reset to base level. This happens with character and all clan members

Hello, i will inform the devs about the issue, in the meantime, can you please let me know if you have installed a mod to the game or not?
