I've not seen that happen in multiplayer. The lance becomes uncouched after 1 kill and you have to press the button to couch again between each hit, since you're likely no longer at the proper speed anymore so it's only good for 1 kill per pass currently.

It wasn't 3 kill lance. It was 1 kill and 2 with horse. I know because I was in the game (If you are talking about the Resonant video) )
