Version 0.632, after blue screen, the system restarts itself right away. I cannot catch what's being said on the blue screen, but some memeory address is shown. This is a DEADLY bug. I cannot play it at all; on the side, I have to worry about damages to my hardware.

I have toshiba 1955 s803 laptop, using microsoft standard wireless optical desktop. I just got the laptop a few days ago, so it shouldn't be hardware problem. Besides, everything else runs fine too.

now none of the conversation works. All texts are messed up. You can tell that the options are there ... Also, the characterse have screwed up head ..... Geez ... this is really disappointing ....

I have a problem similar to your original one, in that I blue screen when I try to do anything. However, this occurs when I try to do anything on the menu screen (e.g choose 'load gme' or 'visit website' rather than as soon as I click on the EXE.

It *must* be a graphics card/drivers problem.. but I have checked about 100 times now that I have the latest NVidia drivers, and directx 9c.

Does anyone else have this game running on a Geforce 6800LE ?

Yes, it looks like a graphics driver problem. Be sure to update your graphics driver.

I just got this toshiba 1955-s803. The newest graphics driver I can find was oct, 2002. My current one is only two months older than that ...

OK. So my driver is only Aug, 2002. The only driver I can download for my GeForce 4 440 Go is dated Aug, 2002 -- exactly the one I currently have. For some reason, the 77.70 package says (or seem to say) it supports my graphics card, but when I run setup, it just says cannot find compatible hardware ...

Please, don't just tell me to get a newer driver. 1) I cannot find any working newer ones. 2) Why should this game be so sensitive anyways?
