I have my own kingdom, and when I'm attempting to bring a leader of a faction to become my vassell, under the the barter tabb it has fiefs listed but I can't grant any of the towns or castles I have ownership of, so what's the point of that being under the barter tab, I've played bannerLord on n off for a few years and have never seen anything come up under it.
