Resolved Omor city can no longer be entered. Causes loading screen crash. Series X

Summary: Accepted the "Prodigal Son" quest. After speaking to gang leader, failing speech checks then exited conversation and went to and entered gang leaders house. One guard was stuck in sit pose on the sofa but fought without standing. Spoke to hostage son said he would leave and B exit to city menu. Loading screen crash.

Reload autosave can no longer enter Omor city. Multi attempts load crash.

Left quest to expire but gained honourable 2 trait on failure (unsure if coincidence). Cannot enter Omor via take a walk around town without load screen crash, cannot visit town notables. I am able to enter keep, arena and tavern then exit to town and speak to npcs but experience some screen bugs: bright pink and yellow colour flashes on some of the screen.
How to Reproduce: Omor city gang related quest to free prisoner from gang leader home. Complete at gang leader house, exit to city menu but loadcrash. Affects previous autosaves

I have now resolved this by accepting 'find the spy' quest in Omor this let me enter via the take a walk around town without a load crash but had some visual bugs. After completing and exiting the duel i no longer get a load crash. Whatever triggered the bug has fixed itself but is there.
