Resolved Old Map glitch and another cheater who uses it

Summary:
Multiplayer Map Nord's Town, in the lower part of the map glitch in the building with balcony allowing players to get into textures and eventually exploit it by shooting from textures.
[GGod] Zedonator the Based proceeded to exploit and ruining fun to other players after several call outs.

Get on the map and get inside the building
