Old captain

There is a possibility to hire a guy called Old Captain in mead halls. Does he do anything special beside being a really tough dude?

He can be used as a "sacrificed messenger" in the quest where a ruler wants you to deliver a false message to another ruler in order to make him believe his vassal is a traitor. You get 1000 penings and a good relationship boost with your ruler, but you lose reputation and the captain, of course.
