Official Highest Damage Ever: What's Yours?

This is the only Official Highest Damage Thread. The others are imposters.

My greatest damage was 235. Unfortunately I was on the receiving end that time.

It hit me so hard that Borcha was knocked out also - just out of shock and habit. And because he's such a copycat.

My highest damaged delivered was a silent movie couched lance damage of 210 to a river pirate which was admittedly a bit of an overkill but better safe than sorry.

If the lance only delivered more sound effects like CLANNNNNNNNG when you unhorsed a Dark Knight, then it would be pretty noisy at the Strange house.

My highest damage ever was 110, not much admitidly but then again i haven't really been playing for that long. Look for more updates in the future.


If you count damage delivered to own horse the total would be much higher....

Throwing weapons and couched lances seem to be the highest damage-dealers, I find.

It seems you very rarely get damage higher than 200 or so with a lance, regardless of your statistics, but I did rarely get very high ones, 280, 290 and (once) 301. I think that was an extremely rare occurance, though. Level 50 character with very high polearms, power strike, and riding, mounted on a spirited courser and flying downhill for quite a distance before smacking straight into a River Pirate.

I haven't played a Throwing-orientated character yet, but it seems to me that the most efficient way of getting super-damage is having very high throwing and Power Throw, a high-quality throwing weapon, and aiming for the head. Preferably Pirates and such because they are weak and unarmored.

Once - just once - I topped 300 damage. On a level 50 Knight-esque character with full Power Strike and a Polearms skill just shy of 290, on a Spirited Charger (Edit: Wielding a Great Lance), to a Vaegir Horseman (wearing that oh-so-effective steppe cap for head armor) right through his eye. 301 damage, and I've never even gotten close to that again.

Other highs include ~150 damage with a Heavy Great Axe, ~135 with a Balanced Sword of War, and ~130 with a Khergit bow (headshot from horseback).

One-handed weapons have never gotten beyond the double-digits for me. I think the high was 70 or 80 with a Heavy Fighting Axe.

i modded a new horse with some stupid speed and manourerabilty. Jumped it off a cliff and crippled it with like 250 damage....nice

Im suprised. i was expecting higher from people. Ive had up in the 400's a few times wth crouched lance damage, i usually get that with horses but sometimes bandits too. My proffiency with a lance is just under 400 though. +level 6 power strike.

Like I say in the other..er, the imposter threads, 215 to the head of a river pirate with a throwing axe. High level (40~)char (but only power throw 2-3).

Couched lance damage: 364 (2sided lance + spirited courser + lvl30 [pstrike 5, riding 7]) to dark knight.
Two-handed damage: 135 (great axe + spirited courser) to Vaegir horseman.
Max difficulty: 7.5 + 23 damage (war bow, not headshot)

EDIT:
Couched lance damage: 399 (2sided lance + spirited courser + lvl39 [pstrike 5, riding 7]) to dark knight.
Max difficulty: 10.3 + 42 damage (war bow, not headshot, i AIMED it :p)

Enemy Horse was probably a Saddle horse. The horse and his Mountain bandit came frontal at me, while turning, combining thrust and swing damage!

Strength: 12
Character Level: 23

If delivering so crazy much damage to a horse is not enough, I can show you another picture where I killed a Mountain bandit, on a horse, doing the exact same thing: Frontal and turning.

200s polearm skill, spirited Steppe horse(best maneuver, perfect for sharp turns into enemy) and balanced jousting lance(15b), 396 couched damage headshot to a horse.

Highest for me was 255 with arena lance, wierdly enough.
132 with Tempered sword of war.
142 head shot with war bow and khergit arrows, highest difficulty was 12.6 but that was like, riding sideways across the map with the enemy on the other side charging and I was firing randomly, took out a Rhodok tribesman though.
