Gorgeous. Is the rod suppose to be missing? I noticed you made a hole for it.

Another GoT armor.

Thanks! Regarding the rod, well i just felt like leaving it out of the model. So i guess the owner of this particular rifle dropped it while running from Zulus or whatnot

I wanted to reconstitue a dagger from Hittite period which It's remains are currently in Ankara Anatolian Civilization Museum.

Isn't that dagger Hattian (pre-Hittite)? It's a nice one. Haven't seen that particular picture of it before and it's strange because looking here, the squarish part of the grip isn't attached and doesn't look as though it can be attached, but perhaps fits around a wooden handle, to which the next part is nailed. I wonder if part has been replaced.

Your reconstruction doesn't very closely fit the general shape.

To look at some details, you're missing a lot of nails, the aforemention squarish section isn't squarish, the ears are too thin and rounded, the flattened guard section isn't flattened, most of the hilt is too wide and thin and your sheath fittings are inside the blade.

The textures also don't fit - do you see any scratches or creases on the solid gold hilt?

Working on assets for a Klondike Goldrush Envrionment for school that will begin in January, this is what I got so far for it:

Barrel (I regret putting the metal bands in the mesh, but oh well.) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12243880/Klondike%20Renders/barrel1.png

Shovel: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12243880/Klondike%20Renders/Shovel1.jpg

Bucket:  https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12243880/Klondike%20Renders/Bucket%202.png

Pickaxe: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12243880/Klondike%20Renders/Pickaxe3.jpg

And I have the High Poly of my mine lantern completed:

Actually , about that squarish part , I thinked about what this can be because yes , like you say , Its not look like that it is perfectly fitting with the other side. But I guess there is no logical part for this thing rather than being the extension of the hilt.Because if there were a wooden part between hilt and this piece , then dagger would be really long so It would not be a dagger after all if It was that long.

I spend only 30-35 minutes on this one  so I just reconstructed the general parts but thanks for your nice advices. Btw about that scratches , well they are not actually scratches.I tried to do hilt like elvish style which is not looking awesome in the render.
