ok that is already better but the handle is still a perfect cylinder and no sword has a perfect cylinder as a handle

Could need some more texture. I think you though about that yourself already.
And in the botton ring of the helf. Did you use a torus or did you extrude it?

And this is a spear a made pretty quick. It's a caveman spear if you can't see that

Good model, but the blade look more like wood than bronze in my opinion.

I agree. Try using less red, more yellow, and deeper saturation.

looks very good.
it actually saddened me to see that jabba had no model during the original release.

Yes it would look a lot better with the use of the iron specular.

Part of the problem with the celtic sword, is that the texture is very flat. It gives little to no dimension to the blade.
