That's very pretty, with a nice texture to boot. I'm not quite sure about the writhing decoration on the blade; I think it creates to much fuzz, but definitely good work!
Not as good if you made one. Your textures are a lot better than I could hope to do. But its seriously a lot more fun to make helmets than swords. And I haven't even tried to make armor yet.
Some pics of the castle I've already posted. Note that it is (almost completely) textured.
Sorry, no in-game pics this time. I just need to get rid of this "This mesh dot not have valid texture coordinates, do you want to load it anyway ?" error...
Thanks.
The pics are from native.
I have to replace the bad wood texture with some of the game for a better result.
It took me a whole day to texture the meshes in Wings, and I must redo the UV mapping, because the result in BRF edit is quite odd :
I was wrong somewhere. No doubt.
Yeah, the "This mesh dot not have valid texture coordinates, do you want to load it anyway ?" thing means that not the entire mesh is UV mapped. You can check which ones aren't by going to select -> by -> UV mapped faces, and then inversing selection. (ctr+shiftl+I)
M&B doesn't handly unmapped faces - so you need to atleast give everything a temporary UV map if you want to check it ingame.
