1. The seem more accurate for doing the Couched, but still beatable :p, yes My one handed sword still manages to defeat these lancers as long as I get my aim right!

2. AI has gone a lil smarter but not much but that could be me since I'm starting all over again from 40 to 1 ...

3. Seems that Couching does 0 damage at times and at other times 100+...

4. Seems that CPU can now block my horse with their bodies and I cant do the same back on them.... again this could be level but thats not right either way....

5. Orders dont work, when I tell them to stay the move to kill them, thus getting themselves slaughtered, surprisingly I survived a Dark Hunter assault but losing all my army in the process :sigh:

6. Women gets more skill points then male, how much advantage do the women need, they look good, walk faster and now more skill points... I dont mind it but sounds like everyone should be a woman and not be a man :p.

7. Archery gone harder than before, and seems more random than before, but thats alright I prefer it that way, but the CPU seem unaffected...

UPDATE:

UPDATE:

I did a test of Swadian CrossBow vs. Dark Knights

Dark Knights got pwned Either in my group or against my group..

Reason because:

Synchronisation with Horse is nonexistant, they dont work cohesively and are all over the place, thus they get pwned.

Also the commands dont work against horseback riders, making it hard for me to do any organisation..

Thus I think the next patch needs to fix this problem up, otherwise this name should be changed to Crossbow and Bows..... Which I dont mind either way :p.

Other than that, tactics of groups be nice, like a circle formation or a line formation, and give us more troop variety like pikemen, swords men and archers and such have either melee or range, not enough :p.

I think that depends on the horse's charge skill.

I wonder how they did sex changes back in those days... Saw and a drill?

Could be your low skill with it.

I thought about that skill, but I had 8 at the time before of the new update and I always have had trouble doing the charge like the CPU does it...

Also with the low skill, I buffed it up to 300 and its still a bit random not as much but still random as, Crossbow seemed more consistent.... so I aint so sure...

5. Yes, AI does not follow your orders precisely but I think everyone are exaggerating this situation. My army obeys hold position command every time. They only attack if an enemy approaches too much and this is normal. I use follow me command to make them disengage the enemy and come to me. But I dont know about mounted archers as I didnt command any so far. Your group is not a highly disciplined perfect army and they are not robots. Its normal they sometimes ignore your orders or didn't hear them in the chaos of battle.

6. How many girls are playing computer games anyway?. They just dont like (at least here in Turkey). I really wonder why. I am asking the girls around me to find an answer. One of them said to me "why don't you like shopping, dresses, cosmetics etc?, the reason is the same". Well let them have some advantage if they play M&B. They really need this. I was teaching this game to my girl friend with 1/4 damage and average AI. Well, she pased the training in 2-3 days and now she can only beat river pirates after a week of gaming. If you are talking about males choosing female character in game, I just feel its strange. I never did it in any games.

My wife is an avid game player.

Saying that females need an advantage is not only wrong to say ... but it is also wrong. Individuals, regardless of sex, are going to have different levels of natural skill and ability. My wife is a born natural at any type of first person shooter game that I have seen her try ... yet put her in front of a real time strategy game and it is a different story. It isn't how intelligent a person is (she is two years away from her M.B.A.), either. It is innate skill and/or practice/familiarity with that genre of game.

Males often play females in video games. It is a very common occurrence for several reasons: guys prefer looking at females ... and in most games the female characters are given a lot more detail and look better than their male counterparts. These are just two reasons, yet there are more of them, I assure you.

5. While I agree with this, its that they just dont listen when we start the fight anyway to hold the line they just charge, its only the CPU that stays put usually (even when on mounts!?!!??)

6. No thats not the point, it doesnt matter if the girl plays, I'm saying the female side has too much advantage to see any merit for using a male class. There needs to be merit on both sides, otherwise its just Women's Mount and Blade...

They did a poll about gender in WoW a while back and found out that about half the female characters were played by guys.

I got male friends (Power players) who suck at M&B and my sister who only plays kareoke does the training in half an hour flat. (she still thinks the game sucks, but she is stupid so newer mind)

This game rocks and those who like it tryes to be good at it.

Narcissus

Narcissus is right, my wife for example, sux and is not even interested in games like M&B or the MMORPG i play, but she is a wiz in The Sims2. She is managing a family of 5 atm when i, when i tried the bloody game, was strugling with one person!!

So some women will be good at different games and many wont even be interested, some have to just find the game that interests them so they will give it a try, but giving them special pro´s is not a good thing or even nessesary imho.

My gf only plays Sims2 as well. I just need to make sure I get her the expansion packs and everything is fine.

For a month or two she really got into battlefield 1942 but she would get super agitated so thankfully she doesnt play it anymore. I think she played Morrowind once too, for like an hour.

The Sims is the only game to ever really hold her interest.

It's the same with me. My poor guy in the sims is using the bathroom on the floor and is in dire need of a psychiatrist, but my GF's character is a multimillionaire with 6 kids and every item in the game (really), but she can't sit 5 minutes in front of any other game.
