Odd looter mob loot

After the .4 patch, I'm getting an awful lot of camels from looters, in the far north.

Thought that was strange.

There are more mountain bandits than before, which is nice. I can do without the camels though. They would only be appropriate if the looters spawned in the desert.

Are the pack camels new? I hadn't seen them before the patch, but now even Looters seem to have them.

Agreed. I see the mountain ones when appropriate. Pack camels in the snow regions - not sure if that was intended.
