Basically what happened is a planned give away from IH to dojo.. Which is extremely lame considering the fact that rawr has more members then IH, is more active then IH, yet they decided to give it all to dojo for free instead of another clan to take the position who deserves it.

MDK responded (at the top of this page) with acceptance to my D15 conditional attack on the condition that IH attack F15 after their defence of E14.
I didn't post an acceptance of the defence of F15 on the forums before the fight but MDK and I agreed on msn so we went ahead and defended the hex.

DOJO OFFENSIVE

Iron Horsemen Hex E14

Wednesday 12 May 8pm EST

The Order of the Dojo march onto the open plains of the Iron Horsemen at hex E14.  The Dojo army waits patiently to see if any IH warriors will crawl out of the woodwork to defend their seemingly neglected lands.

IH have agreed to defend hex D15 straight after their defense of E14 should they lose the hex.
D15 is conditionally contested!!

I accepted this on the condition that IH had a shot at counter attacking F15.

So we played three matches.  Dojo attacked first, we retaliated. Due to our losses, Dojo had a shot to attack D15, which they did and won.

Ok, thanks, I consider that sufficient.

But I need to say: you guys managed to make this just about as hard as possible for me. What really set it off was that lack of screenshot for the second battle. That made me miss it entirely.

Now I'm not worried about the moves you actually made, I'm annoyed because in the history of this campaign we've not had:

1. 3 battles fought at once
2. Such an enourmous transfer of territory
3. Such a huge imbalance in player numbers

...All at the one time, and yet the two generals used MSN to supplement their declarations.


Map will be updated this afternoon. And I'll introduce a few simple rules for generals to follow when organising events which I will be enforcing in future.

Cheers Las.  I appreciate a lot went on for one night.  It's just that IH appeared out of the woodwork all of a sudden and were game on.  The only thing that was supplemented in msn was me agreeing to mdk's F15 counter attack.  From what I can tell everything else was declared and accepted in the thread.

Whoa Grunty! Whoa! TAPA wasn't having a crack at the tournament at all.

Fact is, he said KEEN shouldn't bend the rules because they want to win so bad. Furthermore, he was 10000% right. KEEN wanna smash SPLH and their suggestion of attacking 2 hexes in a row is illegal. So let's just get that bit straight.

But he's only talking about the campaign.
His use of the term 'tournament' and his somewhat confusing metaphor threw you off there. AFAIK no single KoS member is grumbling about any aspect of the tournament apart from Thorn pwning us (the ugly 'loid)
