Rawr offers recently conquered land to the annexed force of SPLH.
The terms and conditions are as follows:
You will be granted hexs' F1 and F3 and you will reserve the right to make decisions accordingly.
We expect your support in war and you will get ours.
Any territory you take, you keep.
You are expected to give the lands back after you have acquired enough territory and from then henceforth you will be released from the vassalage  terms.
We will not make decisions for you at all, your pretty much your own kingdom cept your borrowing our land.

As an impartial observer I can safely say this was just a communication failure, along with some other issues. If both clans had made a better effort to contact each other, then the game would have went ahead. Even still the game could have went ahead with the lack of communication, but ACC1's absence and Dojo's desire to play on the KEEN server made things shaky. There's no use blaming each other for the game not going ahead. Hopefully Laszlo will change the rules to make sure this doesn't happen again.

You lack knowledge of the actual events, obviously.

Talking to Scorch and Laszlo afterwards, many failures on KoS' part was evident.

Dojo has had 20 wars, all of which in the Internode 3 server. That is the server we were on.

They had people, as Kimbo said, join the server, then leave at 10 past. Yet it still took 25 minutes longer for them to get there.

7pm onwards apparently doesn't mean get there at 7pm, which is just facepalm worthy IMO.

The time was set in the quotes and was everywhere to all you who doubt that. Go back and read it.

You guys had the wrong time, that's all there was to it. Then you insisted on being douchebags as soon as you joined the server.

Kimbo's posts are one-sided because he knows what happened from our perspective AND from our perspective, nothing was wrong on our part.

The last post I did just before the match was merely clarifying the faction which we forgot to say.

I am happy to have matches, but honestly, if you're wrong, be polite, maybe say, oh crap... sorry Dojo.

Anyway.

Sunday 8pm can be the rescheduled time, if you agree to it.

8pm will mean, BE IN - games_on_net 3, by 8pm. Or AT least have a few people in and have your players flowing in.

If you want another time, just say.

You will have to clarify the time, because apparently 7pm onwards means some random time after 7 to you.

Doom, you say that we failed to turn up at 7pm. Wrong assumption there bucko. We had 15 people at 6:55pm. Then something came up for ACC1 and he had to leave. He came back at 7:30 and was all ready for the match, with us in the server with you guys waiting. You then proceeded to rage at us and say you didn't want to have the match, even though we were all there ready for it. A few seconds afterward, 2 of your players left and didn't come back.

I immediately offered to fight a 13v13 instead to make up for the two that left, and you declined, giving no reason as to why you would, then you come on here and say that you are happy to have a match and that we had "failures". Is 30 minutes really that much of a time frame that you couldn't still have your 15 players in the first place? Because that tells me that you need to find people who can be around for longer, what if the match had lasted that long?

BTW: 7pm onwards means 7pm onwards, not 7pm on the friggin dot. If you wanted it at exactly 7, you should have said so.

Now, I agree to the next match time, Sunday 8pm (ON THE DOT). We will make it an expectation that everyone turns up 1 hour beforehand to avoid any of this unnecessary bull**** the second time around.

Personally I dont care who was at "fault". I think that we Dojo/KoS need to stop the wrangling and just get on with it.

I believe the failure here is communication. Lack of it in this instance from KoS on what was happening. A simple "Hey guys, we are waiting on xyz, can we wait 20 minutes" would have been fine.

On our part, we probably have a instant knee-jerk reaction to anything KoS does and view it with the highest suspicion.

Things like the banning of Major Payne have left a sour taste and therefore alot of ill will. I personally politely requested that ACC unban MP, JUST FOR THE BATTLE, then reban him when we had finished...no go.

From a Dojo POV, this is ACC being a cork.

Anyway, the battles we have had, in the most part, been a heck of a lot of fun. Its just the homo wrangling that we BOTH need to cut out.
