At most the comment suggests he is completely alien to political correctness terminology, whereby his PC is out of date.

Interject "African Americans" or some other such PC catering crap  in place of "the blacks", and the remark is PC verified and checks out!


Should his commentary been to the effect of:  "Despite the fact that i'm on a finacially and socially different strata than the blacks, as they are a impoverished people, i've still managed to maintain a good rapport with the blacks".. then there could be grounds for the accusation

By charging that Obama was not admitted based on merit, Trump is suggesting that Obama was admitted because he is black.

And then that something about Trump saying that Obama isn't doing his job properly because Obama is too busy playing basketball or something.
