I could be wrong, but I think 'strong' == ignores more armor and 'range' == longer throwing distance, so neither would really be evident in the stat breakdown there.

its the same weapon? Strong should have more dmg in the stats, whereas more range should have better accuracy and less length. The stat window on the left is linked directly to the variable. So if its displayed wrongly there it is aswell ingame. Furthermore there should be a visual indication like on other classes with the same perk.
the first one should probably be light "mp_light_javelin" or "mp_javelin_extraammo" ? or maybe they are WIP atm, since there are no battanian light javs in MP it seems..
