I think the puttees are a little thick, and maybe the shoes could look more realistic (texture-wise, they look very . . . perfect?). Otherwise, they look very good!

Ok, ok I'm done.
I think I know what you mean Beta. The socks do look slightly chunky. Maybe it's because of the texture, but it kinda looks like they're almost tube-like.

Yes, perhaps make it look like the sock has fallen down and "scrunched up" against the boot itself.
I only said what Beta said! I know they're puttees, but I just wanted to keep things constant.
