Since obviously you can't see screen shoots, you will have to take my word for it but...

Its freeking awesome.  It works close to flawlessly with the game (few minor issues) and the battles are just incredible.  No more running someone down with your lance and thinking you are stabbing for their head, you know when you nailed them or how you missed.  Arrows make you feel like you need to duck.

I haven't tried it MP yet but my feeling is it would make things easier.

Anyways if you are on the fence on this and can afford it, GET IT.

I've wanted to try this out so bad, I'm glad it works well. I wasn't sure if it would so I didn't invest the money into the setup. I bet it looks awesome, do you get headaches or eyestrain?

With this kinda tech, odds are some people will have issues.

I haven't had headaches, and I have had some minor eyestrain but nothing uncomfortable.  The only time it is bad is when you are looking at something thats badly out of sync.  For some reason the 3d game compass doesn't merge right so that is painful to look at (and I don't recall if thats from vanilla or the mod I'm playing, its been a long time since I played vanilla).  Its about the only real problem though.

My other issue is the glasses, they are not designed for big heads. They pinch a bit.

Did you purchase an NVidia recommended monitor? I'm under the impression that any monitor (or HDTV) will work as long as it has a 120hz refresh rate.

*EDIT
My computer drives my entire entertainment system including television. I'd like to get a nice big HDTV for watching tv, & enable the 3d vision when I play games if it works. NVidia supports (or will soon support) 3d vision with a 3d blue-ray drive.

There was a thread on this way back. Looked pretty cool and was done without the special monitors, though obviously not as good.

From what I gather if its not on the nvidia 3d list for TV or monitor it won't work right.

I got the recommended ASUS 120hz monitor and its been working very well.
