I know maybe it's a bit late to suggest things but this is easy to apply and realistic too: Why archers have that few arrows with them? One could say that this is an accurate number of arrows but in real life an archer would re equip himself from arrows that can be found in a battlefield while bots stay still and stare. Wouldn't be more realistic give them twice that much arrows?
