Resolved NPC repeatedly talking to me on map (endlessly)

This happened to me more than once, an NPC comes to tell me to surrender or fight, I negotiate peace instead. When I try to leave the NPC repeatedly trying to talk to me. Two times at a go.

e.g. I try to move away, instantly get talked to by the guy i just made peace with. Leave chat but before I can even try to move away he talks to me a second time. After the second time I can "try" move away but this will trigger him talking to me another two time before i even take a step.

The only solution is loading a previous save and losing progress which is maddening! Please fix!

a solution to this issue is opening different menues, have only happened to me twice, first time was right after i saved, second time i tried solutions for an hour till the menu trick worked.

I've found the same and you can 'get away' from the NPC if you close the dialog enough times while moving away from them. Using the Hotkeys mod helps since you can hammer keys to close the dialogs quickly. Just a workaround idea, it does seem like a bug.

Happened samething to me a month ago I was able to get out of it by loading an old save lost a good chunk of progress but I was free at least.
