SP - General NPC nobles get companions

NPC nobles should be able to have companions, in particular they'd probably find medics and engineers useful. If you defeat their party in battle you can capture the companions with a small chance of recruiting. Of course more companions should spawn in the world to account for the nobles scooping some up.

I agree, always feels weird that only the player can get them. Maybe at least expand it to faction leaders where they have a few champion companions in their ranks.
