i can hire NPC lords and from Companions

well my question is what are the best NPC lords that have lots of troops and cost a lot

Well, as far as I know it doesn't matter that much who you hire. They gain troops according to the prosperity of fiefs they own and kingdom they originally come from. And you can't really hire (for gold) them, just bribe them with a fief.

NPC as Nizar and others not lords

You can go to edit mode and browse through the NPC lords to see their stats. You want someone who has low spot skill (so when you start a compaign they don't run after bandits) but high leader skill, charisma, trainer, surgery, and wound skill.

Brother Plais and Lord Olaf are my favourite. As for companions, just level them up as you see fit.
