Hi!
Been playong M&B for about a week now and really like it so far. The only thing is that I starting to feel that the game is ending.
At the moment I have a full black armor, charger horse, Greater axe and a long bow. Have a group of about 20 knights and some other units that I'm in the process to upgrade. (total of 36 units).

I can win most fights I encounter at the moment also. So the only thing now is quests which aren't that difficult yet (exept the tracking once as I don't have much in tracking or spoting).

So now to my question. Is there any more to do at the curent state of the game other then quests?

I know/hope that more content will come in future patches. but until then?

thanks

That's it. More contents to be added. Until then you've got to find your own ways to challenge yourself by fighting only on foot, using only bows, wearing no armor, but that's it for now.

It took me a lot longer than "about a week" to get bored but I'm hoping that eventually we get personal goals as incentives. There are lots of suggestions involving land, titles, family, property, awards, etc. Hope some make it into the game.

where are the mods?

In the modding forum maybe? Try the Magnificent 7 mod for starters. A big challenge to start a new character and fight with only 6 heroes and no troops.

I'm not realy bored with the game yet, I just wanted to know if there where more to it at it's current state, that's all:smile:

Not much more.

Mag 7 is insane fun and insane difficulty though. On 107% difficulty, have fun taking on a khergit horde or sea raider war party.

Hi, I like how the game is for now. I mean, a never ending, I know that it will get better with the time, but it could be nice if the game lets you continue playing after ending, as "Diablo II".

The combat is totally addictive. I always make mages in rpg games and i usually find melee dumb...

Now that i met m&b, i dont. Going into fights is totally fun. Try different weaponry imho. I found it a lot fun when i first used crossbow, throwing weapons etc.

Without starting a new character there are a couple of things you can do for a bit of a laugh.

1. fight in the arena. See how hard your character really is when given a random set of weapons (like, 2 bows vs. 2 mounted opponents with lances)

2. Go after the largest group you can find. Order your men to hold position and charge the enemy yourself. See how long you can last without needing to call for help.

3. Pick an enemy city. Attack anyone leaving or heading towards the city. Keep this up until you are forced to retreat for supplies or healing. See how long you can keep up the blockade (allowing a group to enter the city or escape renders the blockade null and void).

4. Get some ranged weapons and find the most amusingpainful spot to stick the weapon in. Post up a screenshot.

Anyone else think of anything?
