Nova Aetas apprenticeship issue

I'm playing module 5.0. I applied for an apprenticeship in Rivacheg, once I finished creating my masterpiece the go to workplace option disappeared and I was able to start a dye works, but now when I go to any other town and try to apply for an apprenticeship to open up another enterprise the guild masters tell me I'm still an apprentice in Rivacheg and need to finish my apprenticeship there before I can start another enterprise. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it?
