SP - General Notification when an army is disbanded

Apologies if before suggested but IMO it'd be nice to implement a notification whenever an army is disbanded, like there is when one created. There's sometimes even seconds between an army runs out of cohesion and another is formed that player often misses it and no lords remain available to form his own or at least prevent his kin from joining up to an army apparently going to it's doom.
