Need More Info Not logged in - can't receive login result from server

Does anyone get this error? I tried reinstalling. Am I banned or something? Would like to play multiplayer

i have had that error for almost a month, and like many others we are clueless to what caused the problems, and the devs haven't told us anything so far :/

Okay, can we request a refund? I can log on in my friends account but not mine. What should I do? Is there a dev here that can offer any insight whatsoever?

We believe that we fixed a reason for the "Couldn't Receive Login Results From Server" error message. Please let me know if you still experiencing this issue!
