Not elegible for fiefs

Currently in beta 1.4 it seems that i'm never elegible in fiefs elections. I have only one castle but the clans showing up have always multiple fiefs ,no matter if i take part in the siege or if i lead the army that captured the fief myself. I led the army that conquered 3 towns (Ortysia, Marunath, Seonon) but my clan was not elegible for any of them. They were given instead to 3 major clans that already had multiple fiefs.
I've noticed that in the election for the only fief i own currently, my clan's tooltip read "owner of *insert workshop*". Are they counted as fiefs so i can't be elegible for other fiefs as long as i own those workshops? Or am i missing something else?

I have the same problem. Even after proposing a town for an other clan, my clan was not on the list!

you need to use your influence to get the fief, i did it for argoron and amprela and it worked without any problem, this is based also on your clan tier. They are giving fiefs to the clans with higher tiers most of the time. you can still propose to change a fief owner in the kingdom UI

edit : i think having supports in the kingdom can help too, having good reputation with other lords and the ruler clan too (you can increease you reputation with lords by supporting their votes, supporting vote offers more reputation compare to the loss of reputation, so vote for everything)

It worked before the update, where I had less renown and lower klan tier, and I was taken into the consideration, when there was a proposal to give someone conquered castle or city. Now over 1000 renown, klan 4 tier, plenty of influence to spent, conquered 6 castles and 3 cities from Khuzaits and not even single once I was on the proposal. Even when I spent influence to vote once again, I am never there to be proposed.

Married to Ira, ruler's daughter, reputation over 1000, good relationship with the emperor, etc. I wonder, if it might be a bug, as I started the game with alpha, and recently updated to beta 1.4 I would need to start from the beginning...

yep the old saves are not always compatible. well i also started a new campaign after the 1.4.0 but i think i'm going to wait for the full release of the game for my mental health, good luck !

If you use the developer's console mod you can fix these things yourself by awarding yourself any towns that you capture and you think you deserve. Until the game works better it is really the only alternative.

If you lead an army that captures something, you should ALWAYS be one of the clans that is eligible to be awarded the fief. Any other result is unacceptable to me as a player.
