Not able to run Napoleonic Wars (with Steam)

Hi guys,

I saw the promotion video on gametrailers and went immediately to the steam store to buy the whole package. Primarily because of Napoleonic Wars.

After letting Steam fully download Mount&Blade: Warband, I started it and choosed one of the NW servers to join.

On the loading screen, there appear at some time a couple of red error lines (some textures missing or something like that), for an unknown reason I can not make a print screen of this.
However, after the loading bar is finished, the game crashes to desktop and shows me this message:

Can you please advise me what to do in this matter?

Could you try to start the game with "Napoleonic Wars" as the selected module in the launcher?
